The Career guidance and counselling programme at DPS Bilaspur aims to help students make more informed and better educational and career choices. The career guidance cell covers suggestions on stream selection, career options and information on opportunities that are associated with their field of interest. Students are given a head start from Class IX onwards and are mentored to explore their potential and know their interests, aptitude and personality.
In an effort to enhance awareness about emerging trends, and to take well informed career decisions DPS Bilaspur hosts a Career Orientation Programme as part of their leadership series workshops which are attended by Class XI and XII students and their parents. The workshop discusses diverse set of career options, courses new age careers, specific top colleges, competitive exams, exam details and how to make good career choices based on personal strengths, values, interests, emotional intelligence and abilities.
